Have you ever been tempted by a foot-race in the Sahara but been put off by the rudimentary amenities, extreme difficulty and high cost of classic desert endurance races? Or perhaps fancied hiking but didn’t want to just wander around in a group? Then the Piste des Oasis was created for you!

Set in the most beautiful part of Tunisia, on the very edge of the Sahara, the Piste des Oasis offers runners and walkers of all levels a chance to discover soaring canyons, waterfalls, oases, huge palm groves and towering sand dunes. With each stage 20k to 34k long, there is plenty of time to rest and enjoy a host of other activities.
